The mission of AMTA New Hampshire is to promote massage therapy through education and professionalism. Each year, AMTA-NH awards a $1,000 scholarship to an AMTA student member seeking to complete their initial certification in massage therapy.
Eligibility
Applicants must be enrolled or admitted in a 750-hour minimum, entry-level massage therapy certification program at an AMTA-accredited New Hampshire massage therapy school at the time the application is submitted.”
How to Apply
In 300 words or less (written essay) or a video under two minutes, tell us: why you chose to pursue massage therapy, and how you intend to use continuing education opportunities to benefit your personal practice and your clients.
Application Process and Timeline
- Download and complete the application form (link below)
- Submit via email to: scholarship@amta-nh.org
- The Scholarship Coordinator reviews applications and presents qualifying submissions to the Board of Directors
- The Board selects a recipient by vote
- Scholarship funds are sent directly to the recipient’s school to be applied toward tuition
- Winners are announced on this page, on social media, and via email
